Porto Montenegro — marina operations building

Marina operations, harbour management, customs and police offices, public facilities and a duty-free shop gathered in one building on a prominent site at the marina entrance, with floors and layers set out so that they can later turn into restaurants and shops. The form was refined by reading shade and views along the summer sun path.
