We prepared the bid presentation and won the commission, then set out the BIM execution plan and programme. Overlaying the existing building and the proposal in one BIM model showed on a single sheet what stays and what changes. We persuaded the client that traditional procurement suited the project better than design-and-build. For security reasons, no interiors are shown.
